Wireless Industry Veteran Gregg Smith Brings Over 20 Years Executive Experience

Potomac, MD, February 27, 2007 - Acuity Mobile, a leading provider of targeted mobile content delivery technology, announced today the expansion of its executive team with the addition of Gregg Smith as chief operating officer and executive vice president. In this new position, Smith will oversee company operations, in addition to helping chart overall corporate strategy and financial management.

Smith brings over 20 years experience, 15 of which have been dedicated to software development and content delivery within the wireless industry. Smith served in senior positions at a number of companies including president of Aether Systems, where he grew annual revenue to over $50 million and led that company's divesture to Telecommunication Systems (TCS.) At TCS he led the Enterprise Solutions division, spearheading the development of new mobile applications. He has extensive experience in corporate development and strategy, sales and operations.
